Refund & Returns

You may return an item for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving it. All returned items must be unopened and in re-sellable condition. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

To return an item please e-mail us at info@airandfire.com and let us know your name, order#, and reason for your return, and we will send you return instructions. If you have questions regarding your order, you may call us during our regular store hours, usually between 11:00 AM and 5:30 PM PST at (831) 338-7567.
