She is Fortuna in Roman and Tyche in Greek. Fortuna is the Goddess of fortune, fate and the personification of luck. She is the first born of Jupiter. Here she is shown wearing a castle crown. She has long flowing hair and is blindfolded like justice. She holds a cornucopia of plenty from which many many coins flow from. She is wearing a necklace of the sun which alludes to the Pars Fortuna in Astrology which represents a point in the zodiac calculated by an individuals birthchart which is particularly beneficial in ones horiscope.
Our Fortuna is made of resin and bronze with hand painted accents. She stands 11" tall and about 4" deep.
