Justitia is the Roman Goddess of Justice who's orgin may be from Themis who was an oracle at Delphi and became known as a Goddess of divine justice. In this statue Justitia holds the scales in one hand and a sword in the other. She is blindfolded with one foot on a book and a serpent, symbolising wisdom.
